Student Accommodation Services / Residence Coordinator

This post is to support Student Accommodation Services based on our Brackenhurst Campus with the effective delivery and day to day Management of the University owned accommodation portfolio. During peak business periods you will support the general accommodation team and assist with University Open day events.

The role forms part of the Residence Team where the duties will include processing daily maintenance, property inspections leading to end of lease deposit returns, delivering summer conference business, implementing changes and keeping Health & Safety records.

Assisting with general face to face inquiries along with handling incoming calls and responding to student complaints.
