Project Administrative Assistant at UCL

The appointment will be on UCL Grade 6.

“Islamic Public Value” aims to uncover, and present as legitimate from every angle, the perspectives of otherwise underrepresented and underexplored Islamic institutions undertaking polycentric governance and administration and creating public value to better the lives of their constituents and neighbors. Over the course of the grant period, research findings will take the form of academic and non-academic publications, and additionally, with the institutional support and vision of The Bartlett and IIPP, will produce visual media (eg podcasts, short videos), and organize workshops, conferences, and public and community events so as to promote accessibility, engagement, and impact.

This is a fixed term grant funded position, it’s available to start immediately to 31/05/2025

UCL’s Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose is seeking a Project Administrative Assistant (PAA) as part of the Islamic Public Value project. The PAA will support the project team administratively to ensure the successful delivery of the project. They will facilitate effective project management processes to ensure key deadlines are met, and the co-ordination of project activities. The role holder will work independently, in coordination with IIPP’s wider team and in coordination with the Senior Research Fellow and the Project Investigator.
