Founded in 1894, City, University of London is a global university committed to academic excellence with a focus on business and the professions and an enviable central London location.
City attracts around 20,000 students (over 40% postgraduate level) from more than 150 countries and staff from over 75 countries.
In the last decade, City has almost tripled the proportion of its total academic staff producing world-leading or internationally excellent research. During this period, City has made significant investments in its academic staff, its estate and its infrastructure and continues to work towards realizing its vision of being a leading global university.
Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) is among the small group of business schools with an established reputation for excellence in both business research and education. Bayes holds the “triple-crown” accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), the Association of MBAs (AMBA) and the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS). The school and its programs are consistently ranked among the best in the world.
Bayes is not complacent about his achievements. On the contrary, we will be seeking to significantly develop our research and education and, critically, our engagement with practice. We are conscious that business schools are experiencing disruption in how research is undertaken and disseminated, how education is delivered and what is expected by business and society from a business school.
Working within the Bayes Digital Learning Team, the role is focused on developing high quality, engaging multimedia materials for online learning programs. This includes learning assets such as videos, animated graphics, screencasts, and digital documents, ensuring all content follows our signature house style. You will be involved in filming, supporting accessibility of materials, managing assets, and carrying out quality checks to make our online learning experience clear and consistent.
You will have proven multimedia creation and editing skills, preferably using Adobe Creative Suite, a good eye for design, an understanding of all production aspects of web-based video, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate in this holistic development team. Knowledge of specific business subject matter and the ability to set up filming is not required, although may be advantageous.
City offers a sector-leading salary, pension scheme and benefits including a comprehensive package of staff training and development.
