We are looking to appoint an exceptional individual to join our busy Estates and Facilities team. The post holder will play a key role providing professional surveying and space planning, to support the Estates and Facilities department in providing a safe environment to support the activities of staff and students.
You will play a lead role in the delivery of the Universities Estates Capital Master Plan program, supporting the strategy, managing and advising on surveying and space management across the campus, including halls of residence.
- Landlord and Tenant Locations
- Create and Manage Property Tracker
- Updating all leases and licenses & freeholds
- Management of property holdings
- Space Management across campus
- Contribute to Estates Master Plan delivery
