The postholder is responsible for the daily administration of one of our 21-degree programs including academic support, student, and assessment administration.
You will have the responsibility for ensuring the provision of an efficient and professional service to students and academic staff, including the Academic Program Directors, module leaders and senior tutors.
This role will require some evening and weekend work and has the opportunity for international travel.
With a customer-centered approach, you will have administrative experience in an office environment ideally within higher education. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills and will be able to work comfortably within a team with a minimum of supervision.
You will have a good understanding of working with and managing a CRM system and student Visual Learning Environment (VLR).
