HR Business Partner at Heart of Yorkshire Education Group

Location: Based at the Wakefield City Campus WF1 2DH and working across the College Group. The option of home working for up to 2 days per week following the induction and training period can also be discussed.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the People Services team within the Heart of Yorkshire Education Group. You will support and work in collaboration with Senior Leaders and Managers on all aspects of employee relations casework including but not limited to organizational change, employee well-being, managing attendance, performance management, disciplinary, and grievance. You will also use your knowledge and experience to make a difference and help shape our future. To be successful, it is important that you have excellent communication skills, the ability to coach and influence, and the confidence to constructively challenge while embracing change and striving for excellence.

There isn’t a typical day, it’s a varied fast paced role, where you will be encouraged to develop your HR skills within a supportive and well-established team.

The Group has impressive facilities and delivers hundreds of courses each year to thousands of students supported by over 900 staff across our Colleges in Castleford, Selby, and Wakefield.
