This post represents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a team of staff in Keele University’s Directorate of Research, Innovation & Engagement, working as part of the Apprenticeships Team. The Apprenticeships Team supports all aspects of apprenticeships development and delivery with a particular focus on engaging employers and ensuring compliance with the funding rules..
Working as part of the Apprenticeships Team and closely linking with program teams, the Work-based Learning Officers will provide a bridge between our academic programs and the workplace. The posts will support the progress of apprentices and assure employer satisfaction through participating in progress reviews and supporting opportunities to embed learning into work. Two posts are available and will be allocated to a portfolio of apprenticeship programs in the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Humanities and Social Sciences.
You will have experience of supporting learners in a Higher Education or training environment and building positive relationships.
