Senior Program Coordinator (103167-0922)
£27,929 – £31,411 per annum (London weighting added if postholder’s main place of work is in London)
Permanent position, 36.5 hours per week.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a keen professional to join our team in Executive Education (EE) at Warwick Business School at the University of Warwick. The role is to provide support for the operational delivery of high-quality executive and doctoral programs for our corporate clients. You will be expected to develop and maintain close working relationships with client representatives, faculty, supply side contacts (internally and externally) and members of the EE team to ensure an exceptional experience for both our clients and our delegates.
You will be at ease working in a changing environment, being able to demonstrate flexibility to be involved in a number of program support activities at a time. Experience of providing administrative support for the delivery of courses would be advantageous. Please see the job particulars for further information on the role and the person specification.
Executive Education’s team is based at the University of Warwick’s main campus in Coventry. However, we are able to consider candidates based in Coventry or London.
If the postholder is based at our main campus in Coventry, they will be required to travel regularly (typically for 1-4 days duration) to The Shard which is at the heart of the London Bridge Quarter neighborhood, one of London’s most vibrant districts. Home working approx. 2 days a week is possible, when delivery is not taking place.
If the postholder is based in London, they will be based at The Shard when Executive Education programs are being delivered, and so will need to live in commutable distance to The Shard. When delivery is not scheduled to run from The Shard, they will need to be able to effectively work from home, and approx. every six weeks be based, for 2-3 days, at our main campus in Coventry.
Warwick Business School will pay for travel, subsistence and accommodation when the postholder is required to be based not at their main site of work (ie the main campus at Coventry or The Shard) or when working from home.
The successful candidate, regardless of where they are based, will also be required to work some evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs, and sometimes work from our client locations, which can include international trips.
Our staff enjoy a supportive, nurturing environment with personal and career development opportunities on offer. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career with a dynamic and innovative organization, and to contribute to the overall client and delegate experience at the University.
Interview Date: TBC.
Closing date: 10 October 2022.
