Would you like to join a team of experienced HE administration professionals supporting the University’s regulatory framework for postgraduate research student (PGR) programs? Would you like to take primary responsibility for operational tasks in relation to the PGR provision, including student casework and examinations? Would you like to contribute to day-to-day activities in support of the delivery of the University Graduation ceremonies? Are you motivated to achieve priorities and manage all work to meet the needs of stakeholders? If so, you might like to join us!

Our Registry service is a small and vibrant team committed to continuous improvement of the student experience and the processes and systems we use to manage it. Based in a central department and working collaboratively across the institution, the successful candidate will be familiar with managing a varied administrative workload. You will have experience of working as part of a team to deliver results, reviewing the success of projects / activities and making on-going improvements. You will certainly be accustomed to working without close supervision and have excellent communication and written skills.
