Lecturer salary from £35,333 per annum.

Senior Lecturer salary from £40,931 per annum.

The Work Based Distance Learning team within Lincoln International Business School is seeking to recruit a lecturer or senior lecturer (depending on experience) to support the new validated Human Resource Management program at Level 6. Our HRM module titles are:

  • HRM Professional Impact
  • Evidence-based Decision Making
  • Employee Engagement and Communication

With open and closed cohorts, the post holder will work with a variety of working human resource professionals including a large number of military students to facilitate their degree journey.
