Apprenticeships Program Manager at University Of The Arts London

We are seeking an Apprenticeships Program Manager to oversee all aspects of design, planning and successful delivery of UAL Apprenticeships programmes. The Apprenticeships Program Manager will work closely with senior key stakeholders within the business to ensure a smooth running of the program and be the expert and first point of contact for external suppliers, managers and trainees. You will be managing budgets, external suppliers’ contracts, SLAs and external supplier relationships. The post holder will manage and have oversight of the Apprentice Levy, contributing to the continuous improvement and ongoing evaluation of Apprenticeship programs.

Your profile

We value the diverse experiences candidates bring to UAL. More important will be your proven experience within a similar role and your ability to deliver on the people element of a project.

You will have a strong business acumen and ability to interact credibly with business leaders and client facing practitioners. With a high level of coaching skills and experience of change management, you will have the ability to lead and enhance the learning experience for individuals and drive improvements, whilst embedding a strong learning and development culture across the university.
