An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this successful team. We are seeking to recruit a person with a passion for helping students, with experience of working in a customer service environment, and who can take a supervisory role in a team.
The successful candidate will assist the Front of House Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy hall of residence, accommodating students during the term time and commercial guests during the vacation periods. Work is planned in revolving shifts, on a rota basis, mornings, and evenings. Some weekend work will be expected.
The successful candidate will have the ability to prioritize, to manage time effectively and self-motivate without supervision. You must also be able to communicate to a high standard.
