Loughborough University IT Services are looking for a Service Desk and Student Support Analyst to join our busy Service Desk, Working as a part of a team to resolve user issues and to deliver high quality IT service. Being the first point of call for all IT-related support you will provide remote technical support for a wide range of applications and services for all staff and students. You will also provide face to face to students to help resolve a wide range of issues as well as providing advice and guidance. We are looking for skilled communicators who enjoy the variety the role provides.
