Assistant Lecturer in Civil Engineering at Coventry University

Working in the School of Energy, Construction and Environment, you will be committed to contributing to our continued success in teaching. You will join a school with high levels of teaching quality and student satisfaction.

You will have wide experience of Civil Engineering covering both its theory and application with a focus on geotechnics. You will join a School with high levels of teaching quality and student satisfaction with a focus on experiential learning through student projects, simulation and field work in the UK and internationally. Applicants are expected to be members of a recognized professional institution or demonstrate that they are actively working towards full membership.

Applicants from academia will have experience and success in delivering high-quality teaching and learning opportunities. Applicants from practice would be expected to demonstrate experience of training/mentoring and a portfolio of relevant projects and professional experience that can be used to inform the teaching and learning experience of our students.
