Academy Program Manager (fixed term) at Loughborough College

The Academy offers student athletes aged 16-19 the opportunity to combine their education with a life skills program and an intensive training in elite sport, under the guidance of full-time professional coaches and performance staff.

We are seeking to appoint an Academy Program Manager to support the education and character development programs of the academy. This role will lead on the development and delivery of outstanding quality in teaching, learning and holistic development of players as part of a dual career program.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team. You will possess experience in supporting players in a high-performance environment, and, in particular, supporting players to achieve their desired exit and progression routes. To achieve this, the candidate must have experience and excellent understanding of supporting players through the NCAA application process. The role will require flexible working patterns, with some evening/weekend work, as well as attendance at fixtures.
