Parking & Data Administrator at Loughborough University

Loughborough University is looking for a Data & Parking Administrator to work within the Parking & Data Team within the department of Estates & Facilities Management Operations.

The successful candidate will be the initial point of contact for all parking inquiries, therefore excellent customer service skills are required. Also, undertaking the process of parking permit applications, including co-ordinating payments, and invoicing and allocating permits accordingly. Also, processing parking enforcement letters when required.

Excellent attention to detail will be required and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel to establish and maintain accurate electronic records relating to the university’s assets for preventive maintenance and compliance.

Alongside this you will have excellent administrative skills, the ability to prioritize, identify and solve problems and to develop excellent working relationships with colleagues and wider university stakeholders.

This post will be mostly based on campus with some opportunities for home working, as business needs allow.
