Enterprise Fellow – 14847 at Brunel University London

The Enterprise Fellow role will be an essential part of the Brunel Hive portfolio of delivering and developing the leadership, growth and innovation knowledge and skills in SMEs. The post holder will be instrumental in managing the stakeholders, developing SME engagement and relationship building, and delivery of the program through primarily researching/auditing business and West London market information. We seek a proactive, creative and critical fellow with a strong background in project management and/or entrepreneurship particularly in relation to small business growth.

The work involves enterprise growth and technical project management, and business development and small business program outreach advocacy. When required, Enterprise Fellow will also assume a project management role and attend business outreach and networking events. The post holder should have specialist knowledge to contribute in program delivering through sustained engagement, facilitating the collection of project outputs and supporting the generation of impact case studies and new project opportunities.

One of our key projects is the delivery of the Build Back Better Programme, funded by the European Social Investment Fund, and managed by the Greater London Authority, delivered against the aims of the Government’s strategy “Build Back Better: our plan for growth March 2021 ” as well as against Local Development Needs for London and the specific needs of the 7 Boroughs of West London. Our project has been designed to provide the support that is relevant to the needs of employed workers who, through the development of their knowledge and skills, can contribute to the growth of their employing organizations while developing their skills to further their careers.

We are seeking candidates with demonstrated business enterprise delivery skills and practices with experience in handling business enterprise facilitation/coaching. We also welcome applications from those with experience in the university knowledge transfer program.
